Welcome to Worksheetly. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Worksheetly mobile application and related services ("Service"). By using Worksheetly, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Worksheetly
Worksheetly is a math worksheet checking application designed to help parents, teachers, and students review completed math worksheets by analyzing photos and providing feedback.
Worksheetly is intended as a learning support tool, not a replacement for instruction, grading, or professional educational judgment.
2. Who Can Use Worksheetly
- Worksheetly may be used by adults (parents, teachers, guardians).
- Children may use Worksheetly with parental or teacher supervision.
- You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Service.
3. How the Service Works
- You may upload or capture photos of math worksheets.
- Worksheetly processes these images to generate results such as correctness, errors, and explanations.

We do our best to provide accurate feedback, but we do not guarantee that results will always be correct or complete.

5. Photos & Content You Provide
When you use Worksheetly, you may submit photos of worksheets.
By doing so, you confirm that:
- You have the right to use and submit the content
- The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
Photos are used only to generate results and are processed securely. They are not sold and not used for advertising.

6. Subscriptions & Payments
Worksheetly may offer:
- Free trials
- Paid subscriptions
Subscription details, pricing, and billing are handled through the App Store or Play Store and are subject to their terms.
Worksheetly does not directly process payments or store payment information.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Worksheetly for unlawful purposes
- Upload inappropriate or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or interfere with the Service
- Use the Service in a way that could harm other users or Worksheetly
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
8. Availability & Changes
We may:
- Update or modify features
- Temporarily suspend service for maintenance
- Improve or change how results are generated
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Worksheetly is provided "as is"
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service

Continued use of Worksheetly after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
